Niesha K. Freeman is most passionate about helping others achieve their goals and exceed their own expectations of what life has to offer them. Through real estate, Niesha uses her nonprofit management and social work background to assist buyers with both traditional and non-traditional resources to become homeowners despite what obstacles may be present or where they are in the home buying process.
Niesha fell in love with New Orleans' real estate as early as elementary school while being immersed in the French Quarter, one of the most unique and culturally diverse neighborhoods in the country. In 2016, Niesha and her husband became first-time homeowners and landlords with their purchase of a multi-family property in the her childhood neighborhood. As a first generation homeowner in her family, Niesha understands the importance of education and awareness and is an advocate for financial freedom by way of real estate. Therefore, she prides herself on ensuring her clients are well informed and knowledgeable about the house buying, selling, or leasing process.
